We very much look forward to welcoming audiences back to our theatre from September for the exciting new season of shows in this our 30th Anniversary Year!
We would like to update customers with our measures for keeping people as safe as we possibly can and reassure them that we will be remaining vigilant at all times to the on-going implications of the pandemic. We will continue to follow the Government and industry Covid 19 guidelines regarding public safety, and to take all reasonable measures to ensure your visit is comfortable and enjoyable.
Whilst we will not be requiring proof of vaccine status or negative test results, we ask that you please do not visit the venue if any of the following apply:
• You believe you may be infected with Covid 19 or have experienced symptoms in the last 10 days, or have been in close proximity with anyone believed to be infected with Covid in the last 10 days
• You have been instructed to self-isolate or have arrived in the UK in the last 10 days from a country where you are required to self-isolate
A condition of entry will be that you agree to a temperature check on arrival. This will be contact-free. Any customer displaying possible Covid symptoms on arrival at the theatre, either with a high temperature or otherwise detected by staff, will be offered an opportunity to transfer to a show at a later date.
Each group will be welcomed separately on arrival and shown to their tables to allow them to take their places before welcoming in the next group.
For the safety and comfort of all customers, staff and artists, customers will be required to wear a face mask in the venue unless medically exempt. Masks may be removed to eat and drink. When leaving table for any reason please ensure a mask is worn at all times when moving around the theatre. If you have an exemption from wearing a face covering, please phone the Box Office in advance. It will help our front of house staff and fellow audience members if you wear your badge or exemption lanyard.
Performances are not currently required to be socially distanced and we are able to open at full capacity. We will endeavour to place tables apart from each other if space allows, although this may not always be possible, and you may be sitting in proximity to other tables. We will continue to ask you to maintain a safe social distance if queuing or using any of our facilities.
After every performance, all areas of the theatre will be fogged with state-of-the-art sanitising units and thoroughly ventilated. Enhanced cleaning practices will be in place at all times.
Contactless payment is available and group organisers are welcome to make payments in advance via the Box Office, including pre-ordering drinks.
Staff will wear face coverings and follow all relevant Covid protocols and customers are respectfully asked to observe these protocols for their own safety and the comfort and safety of others.
